This website is provided for information about CraftItClean and our services. You may browse it and contact us through it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, access parts of it you have not been granted access to, or submit automated or fraudulent enquiries.
Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a binding agreement, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed. Any figures shown on this website are indicative ranges to help you gauge fit, not quotations.
How engagements work
Actual work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, price, timeline, payment terms and intellectual property. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement takes precedence.
Unless your agreement says otherwise: work is quoted at a fixed price against a fixed scope; changes to scope are handled as a written variation before the work starts; and invoices are payable within 14 days.
Intellectual property
On full payment, all custom code, designs and assets we produce for you transfer to you outright. We retain no licence over your product and impose no lock-in.
Two carve-outs. First, third-party open-source components remain under their own licences. Second, we retain ownership of general-purpose internal tooling and techniques we bring to the work, and grant you a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use any of it embedded in your deliverables.
The content, design and code of this website itself remain the property of CraftItClean.
Confidentiality
We treat anything you share about your business as confidential and will not disclose it. We are glad to sign your NDA, or to provide a standard mutual one.
We may reference our work for you publicly — in a case study or portfolio — only with your written permission, and never including confidential detail.
Warranties and liability
We warrant that we will perform our services with reasonable skill and care, in line with professional standards. Delivered work includes a defect-correction period as set out in your agreement.
This website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the total fees paid to us under that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Third-party services
Projects commonly depend on third-party platforms and APIs — hosting, payments, model providers and similar. Those are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or costs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — unless your engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
