Why we started.
Most of us came from agencies where the person who sold the project was not the person who built it, and the person who built it was gone before anyone had to maintain it. The result was predictable: software that demoed beautifully and degraded fast.
We started CraftItClean to work the opposite way. The team is deliberately small. Everyone is senior. The person who scopes your project writes the code, and is still around when it needs changing six months later. That single constraint removes most of what goes wrong in this industry.
It also means we turn work down. If a project needs a discipline we cannot genuinely claim, we will say so and point you somewhere better — which is why we sell three services rather than fifteen.
We are based in Bengaluru and work with teams across Europe and North America. Written updates over status meetings, a guaranteed daily overlap window, and honest answers about what things cost.
How we operate.
We tell you what to cut
Most projects fail from scope, not from code. The most valuable thing we do in week one is talk you out of features you do not need yet.
You own everything
Your repository, your accounts, your infrastructure, from the first commit. No proprietary lock-in, no hostage situation at renewal time.
Fast is a feature
Performance budgets are agreed before we start and enforced in CI. A slow product is a broken product that happens to render.
Small team, senior only
No layers, no account managers, no junior developers learning on your budget. You talk directly to the people writing the code.
Accessible by default
WCAG 2.2 AA is the baseline, not an upsell. Keyboard navigation, screen readers and reduced motion are handled as we build.
Honest about AI
We build AI features where they remove real work, and we will tell you plainly when a database query would do the job better.
Who you will actually work with.
No account managers, no handoffs. These are the people in your project channel.

In their words.
“They spent the first week understanding how our customers order before writing a line of code. That is why it worked.”
