What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, budget range, timeline and a description of your project.
We also record limited technical context alongside each enquiry: the page it was submitted from, the referring URL, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. The hash is used to rate-limit submissions and detect abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
What we do with it
We use your enquiry to respond to you and to discuss the work you are asking about. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list or newsletter without you explicitly asking us to.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the Asia-Pacific (Tokyo) region. Access is restricted to named members of CraftItClean through an authenticated admin portal. The database enforces row-level security and is not reachable by any public credential.
This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes standard request logs on our behalf as part of delivering the site.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiries for up to 24 months so we can maintain continuity of conversation and honour any commitments made. After that they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party trackers. The only cookie we set is a session cookie on the private admin portal, which exists solely to keep our own team signed in. It is never set for public visitors.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@craftitclean.com and we will action it within 30 days.
Third parties
We use Supabase for database hosting and Vercel for application hosting. Both process data on our instructions as service providers. We do not pass your information to anyone else.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use existing enquiry data will be communicated directly to anyone affected.
